Our enquiry form asks for your name, email, service interest and project message. Phone number and business name are optional. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, assess the work and manage related business discussions. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries submitted through our built-in form are stored in our WordPress database and are accessible to authorised site administrators. A notification is sent to our configured business recipient. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver these services. Database copies are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; deletion depends on the website’s scheduled tasks running. Email copies, backups and records needed for an agreed project may have different retention periods.

WhatsApp and third-party services

If you use the WhatsApp button, your conversation is handled through WhatsApp and its applicable privacy terms. Our hosting, email, form and other service providers may process information in other countries. We do not sell enquiry details.

Cookies and analytics
